Zillah Police Department Mission
It is the mission of the Zillah Police Department to be responsive to our community in the delivery of quality services. Recognizing our responsibility to maintain order while affording dignity and respect to every individual, our objective is to improve the quality of life through community partnerships, which promotes a safe and secure environment.

Department Values
Upon the effort of all departmental employees depend the lives of many of our fellow human beings. Departmental employees must discharge their duties with dignity, fairness, courtesy, and respect at all times. We as a police department cannot stand authority alone, we must develop and maintain the trust of the community that we serve. We must remember that we are established as a service organization and that our strength lies in the respect in which the department is regarded.

Fingerprinting Services

General Information
Fingerprinting services are offered on an appointment basis at the Zillah Police Department. The service is offered during normal business hours. Photo identification is required (driver license, passport, etc.) at the time of service.

The public counter provides inkless (digitally scanned) fingerprints on an FBI FD-258 card provided by our office.  In most instances, fingerprints cannot be sent electronically; the completed FD-258 fingerprint card will be provided to you. It will be your responsibility to submit the fingerprint card(s) to the requesting agency or business and obtain the proper ORI (a 9-digit originating agency identifier assigned by the FBI).

This general fingerprinting service may not be used to schedule concealed pistol license fingerprints. Concealed pistol license fingerprints must be processed as part of your Original Concealed Pistol License application.
Pricing:

  • $10.00 for up to TWO (2) cards, $3.00 for each additional card.

Appointments:

  • Appointments for fingerprinting will be processed Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm.  Fingerprinting services are not available during the noon hour.
  • Closed Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays.
