REQUEST A PAYMENT PLAN

Pursuant to RCW 46.63 you may enter into a payment plan if you are not able to pay the fine in full, and you have not previously been given a payment plan for this financial obligation, and the Court has not obtained a judgement on the debt.  NOTICE: Failure to pay or enter into a payment plan may result in collection action, including garnishment of wages or other assets, an additional $52.00 penalty assessment and may result in a suspension of your driver’s license.

Mail A PaymentZillah Municipal Court accepts checks and money orders by mail.  Make all checks and money orders payable to Zillah Municipal Court.  Please include the case or ticket number on your check or money order. Mail your payments to:

After hours payments may be made in the outdoor drop box. Please DO NOT put cash payments in the drop box.
