Municipal Court

It is the mission of the Zillah Municipal Court to provide effective and timely resolution of legal matters, ensuring dignified and fair treatment to all participants, while promoting respect for the justice system and maintaining the independence of the judiciary.  Zillah Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction hearing traffic and non-traffic infractions, parking, and misdemeanor, and gross misdemeanor criminal offenses that occur within the city limits of Zillah.
